FAQ's

How do we get to the Summit? Transportation to the summit will be provided by the district. Have students meet at your school and they will be taken to the summit by bus. Please remind students to eat breakfast before they come - at school or on their own - snack and lunch provided at our conference.

Do students need supplies? Students will be provided all writing materials, utensils, worksheets, snacks, and water. **BRING YOUR OWN BACKPACK**

Will there be chaperones? Yes. We suggest 2 chaperones per High Schools. Find chaperones interested in supporting our leadership initiatives, civics, teachers, or administrators across the district and willing to participate!

Will there be food? Yes. mmm! Please share any food allergies or accommodations from any student attending before the summit. A full boxed Panera lunch will be provided as well as a few snacks throughout the day.

What is the Dress Code? Dress for Success - Our Red Clay Leadership Summit is a professional conference event. Dress for success. Feel free to highlight your school, colors or your leadership journey; professional dress, polos, pullovers, and khakis or nice jeans (no holes) recommended.

Special Needs: For any students attending with any special needs or accommodations we do request they attend with their 1-on-1 or para due to familiarity to the student and their needs.
