Your Superhero Leader

Dave Raymond will lead our students in a workshop for them to develop their own super hero leader brand - one they can take back to their schools to save the day OR start the conversation about change or improvements in their communities.

Leadership Reflections

Palveshey Tariq will lead our students in reflections throughout the day. Sometimes, young leaders need too stop, pause, take a moment, breath, and reflect upon their own leadership acumen.

Meangingful Conversations

UD's BHLP Program will teach our young leaders how to start important conversations with followers in their schools. How can a leader be a voice and lead the process toward positive change?

Breaking Boards

Set your goals. Identify your barriers. Then. . . SMASH your barriers in a board breaking exercise that is high energy and sure to teach our students they can overcome challenges and will need to as a leader.
